Dr Ahmad works in cosmetic medicine for the majority of his time, and  when he is not working at the clinic, Dr Ahmad works in Accident and Emergency. He is currently an associate member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors, and specialises in facial rejuvenation treatments, offering advanced anti-wrinkle injection and dermal filler treatments, aimed at restoring the original contours of the face, a as well as performing PRP Stem Cell therapy, carboxytherapy and laser resurfacing.  

Dr Ahmad has introduced the concept of 3D rejuvenation, looking at the face from all angles and not just lines and marks in a 2D analysis. He has pioneered the selective rejuvenation of the different areas of the face, developing his own advanced protocols for rejuvenation of the peri-orbital (eye area), peri-oral (mouth area) and also the jaw line and cheek margins. He works at restoring these areas towards their former appearance, and in conjunction with other areas such has neck and décolletage and hand rejuvenation will adopt a holistic approach to the patient, advising them on optimal skin care regimes, and nutrition to enhance their results.

Dr Ahmad also has an interest in Skin rejuvenation and will treat the décolletage and hand areas in addition to facial rejuvenation, as well treating skin conditions such as Acne, Rosacea, Hyperpigmentation, and other skin conditions. He pioneered the use of Stem Cell therapy in Scotland for the treatment of scars and conditions such as Vitiligo and Hyperpigmentation.

Dr. Ahmad combines the various treatment modalities to prepare a bespoke treatment plan for every patient, which takes into consideration the patient's aspirations of their desired results. Having so many unique and cutting edge treatments available at Pure Clinics allows Dr.Ahmad to formulate highly effective treatment regimens, which set these apart from others, and being able to offer a complete Non-Surgical Facelift to his patients. 

Dr Ahmad was the pioneering Doctor who brought to Scotland the treatments which were only available in London, and was the first doctor to introduce Carboxytherapy to Scotland as well as bringing vaser Lipo, PRP (vampire facelift) and more recently Radiofrequency fractional resurfacing  with transepidermal delivery of previously injectable products. Dr. Ahmad introduced Carboxytherapy to Scotland where it has been well received and has established a centre of excellence at Pure for the use of Carboxytherapy, and is also the regional trainer for Carboxytherapy. Dr Ahmad is also currently involved in training other doctors in the use of the Stem Cell Therapy work in the Cosmetic arena. Dr Ahmad has now been approached to present his work and speak at  Cosmetic conferences, as well as provide regular columns for advice in the media, having already featured on Sky TV. 

Dr. Ahmad is currently working very closely with Dr.King from DMK in devising treatment regimes for many skin conditions, and the combination of DMK treatment plans with other treatments available at the clinic, has led to Pure being accredited the status of the UK's only Premier Medical DMK Clinic.

Always at the forefront of new developments Dr. Ahmad has been pivotal in creating the concept of the one stop shop for all aesthetic and cosmetic treatments for the patient, with any surgical procedures being performed by his Plastic Surgeon colleagues who also work at the clinic.

Mr Vivek Sivarajan is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in facial, breast and laser surgery.

Vivek is a NHS Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the World-renowned Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. In the NHS Vivek specialises in Breast Surgery including Reconstruction using microsurgical techniques, Skin Cancer and Laser Surgery. Vivek also undertakes Facial Aesthetic Surgery for patients with severe acne scarring.

Vivek is also an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow Medical School. Vivek has published numerous studies in Medical Journals and presented his work throughout the world.

Privately Vivek performs Cosmetic Surgery, Surgery for Skin Cancer and Laser Surgery.

Vivek is a full Member of BAPRAS - The British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and BAAPS - The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

Vivek is on the GMC Specialist Register as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon.

Azhar Aslam trained in Surgery for ten years; out of which five and a half years was in Plastic Surgery in the NHS. Pursuing his chosen specialty of Plastic surgery, he was awarded a scholarship by the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians, Glasgow, which took him to Louisiana, USA, for a Fellowship in 1996. He furthered his expertise in this cosmetic surgery, training and working in America , Mexico and Germany, obtaining a Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons in 1999.

Azhar continued to work in the NHS, finally working as Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Countess of Chester Hospital in Chester , where he helped set up a specialist hand unit. He left the NHS in 2000 to move into private and has since built up a private cosmetic surgery practice in Harley Street, London. Azhar works from other clinics located in other cities in the UK as well. He has worked actively with the Department of Health, IHA and expert groups to improve the regulation of the cosmetic surgery industry. He has worked as panel advisor to European Academy for Cosmetic Surgery and was the Academic Secretary of the British Association of Cosmetic Surgeons.
