Initial Enquiry
When you make your initial enquiry our admin team will aim to answer any initial questions you may have and some information regarding the types of treatments available. If you are happy and decide to go ahead with booking a consultation, they can book you in at a time which is suitable for you.

Consultation
A consultation is carried out for every treatment performed at Pure Clinics. It gives you the opportunity to come to the clinic and meet with our friendly staff and the clinician who will be performing your treatment should you decide to go ahead.

On arrival to the clinic, our receptionist will greet you and ask you to complete a form. You will then be called in for your consultation. The consultation will take approximately half an hour. During this time the clinician will listen to what you are looking to achieve and will ask any relevant questions. It is your opportunity to take as much information and have an open discussion regarding the treatment and the results before you make your decision to go ahead.

Treatment
Before the procedure the clinician will explain what is going to happen and if you have any further questions, these can be answered during this time. In addition, you will be asked to go through and sign any relevant documentation regarding the treatment.

Whichever treatment you have, you will be made to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. Some procedures will require an assistant to be present along with the clinician. They will aim to look after you and help the clinician during the procedure.

Treatment times will vary depending on which treatment you have decided to go ahead with.

Once the procedure is complete you will be given all post treatment care instructions before you leave. The clinician will also give you a mobile number you can contact at any time should you have any concerns post treatment.

We advice all our patients to take some time in our waiting area before leaving the clinic.

Aftercare and Review Appointments
You will be invited in for a review appointment to see your clinician. It will allow them to see how things are progressing and how well you are healing. You may want to go through some concerns or questions you may have regarding the healing process.

Feedback from our patients
